What our customer are saying...

Patrick Ellis

The technician, Mike, that came to our house to fix our a/c on an extremely hot summer day, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had my air conditioner up and running like new in a very fast time. Thank you. I recommend this company to anyone and will be using in the future. Thank you Mike and T-Mark!

Anonymous

Jon Stachura was totally professional, respectful and congenial. He was actually available two hours earlier than expected. He quickly diagnosed the leak problem and offered best and worst case solutions for repair. Jon was mindful of the customers property. While he was initially expected to arrive between 12 & 2, he actually completed the job by 12:15pm. The job was not simple. It involved Jon opening a wall and removing a 125 year old section of iron plumbing stack and replacing with pvc pipe. Very pleased with his work. Thank you Jon and TMark!!!

Don Pavia

Excellent customer service and professional technician was able to diagnose the problem and spend additional time to resolve my issue. I always use T Mark For anything related to my furnace or my plumbing and I’ve never been disappointed!

We had a great experience with Cody and Matt! They were very professional and knowledgeable. Our home was kept clean for the entire week they were there- and it was a messy job. Highly recommend!

Nicole Marie

Had an issue with toilet not flushing, so I called before business hours. T-Mark got back to be very quickly and had someone out less than 2 hours. The technician I had was Brian, and he was great. Let me watch the whole process of snaking the sewer line, and explained everything thoroughly. Very friendly, and overall I’m very happy it’s all fixed. Thank you!

Michele M

T-Mark installed my air conditioning unit 4 years ago. Very pleased with their work. I recently had them out to do a look and tune up on my unit. Everything from scheduling an appointment, to the actual service being performed was top notch. “Big Mike” came out for the service and he was absolutely wonderful. On time, very friendly. Took the time to answer all my questions. I hope nothing ever breaks and I need service, but if I do T-Mark will be my first call. Highly recommend!

Charles C

I highly recommend T-Mark for all your furnace and central air conditioner tune-ups and repairs. The office staff is wonderful, their prices are reasonable and their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable.

Tanner R

T-Mark is WONDERFUL. I was able to get a next day appointment, and Brian came out to help. He was able to resolve the issue within an hour and also teach us why it happened, how to prevent this, and what to watch for moving forward. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Chelsea M

T-Mark was a 5 star experience from the very first phone call to the end of the project. Every person on the team met us with kindness, eagerness to help and professionalism.

I have had a nightmare of a time with the plumbing in the house I moved into a year ago. T Mark sent Seth out quickly, he was fast, professional, explained everything in detail, and was very understanding when I was very stressed. It’s very easy and efficient to schedule, company is great with communication, it was refreshing to be treated respectfully, would absolutely recommend and will use in the future.

Kevin and Bryan did an awesome job installing my air handler HVAC system and HWT. They were professional friendly and knowledgeable. Ian who sold me the system was friendly and knowledgeable and knew about all the rebates and incentives available saving me thousands. T-Mark of West Seneca hands down is the best for HVAC/Plumbing service. I highly recommend them.

Derek and his team were prompt, professional, accommodating, friendly, efficient and tidy. I have had a few jobs done through T-Mark (Hot Water Tank installation, etc.) and I keep going back to them because they’re dependable for all the reasons I listed above. Today, my new A/C and furnace installation was flawless. They’re my first and only call because they’ve earned my business, over and over.

Had to have a sewer line and water service line replaced. The work was excellent, only took the two men 5 hrs and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely use this company again

Our A/C was 30 years old. T-Mark answered my call right away and came out the next day, replaced the Furnace and A/C. Crew was professional and seemed to know what they were doing. Seemed to get everything done without any hiccups or problems. Took time to go through everything with me. Very happy customer.
